Refund policy

For purchases made through Twelve Threads Collective, we accept returns for a refund within 10 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
• Refunds are issued back to your original form of payment

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
